Strong Foundations
Some families need support and care after graduating from Promise Haven or simply when they are going through a time of crisis and instability. This is where Strong Foundations comes in – providing family mentors, resources and support to help families achieve stability.
We work with families to:
- Access priorities, set goals and action steps
- Provide support and encouragement
- Connect families with community resources
- Improve housing and employment opportunities
- Nurture and support children by providing support
- Celebrate progress through incentives
How to Support:
Become a Family Mentor and help encourage and support families to help them reach their goals!
