Families Forward
Some families find it challenging to sustain independence after graduating from Promise Haven. Consequently, we offer an aftercare program to help prevent families from becoming homeless again.
We will work with families to:
- Develop life skills
- Connect families with community resources
- Improve housing and employment opportunities
- Nurture and support children during the process
