An adult member of the family can call 678-376-8950 Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm and speak with a phone volunteer to complete a screening form if space is available. Once the screening form is completed, the family will be contacted to discuss their qualifications and the possibility of a face-to-face interview (We do not accept “walk-ins). Once a face-to-face interview occurs, the Case Manager will contact the family to discuss their interest in the program and their status. If the family is accepted into the program, an appointment will be set for intake. This process will normally take 2-3 days; we are not an Emergency Shelter.
